KINDNESS

experimental film // poetry

Nobody talks about kindness,
it seems meaning is more important.
Why is the tree’s rustling so appealing to me?
I never could do a dead man’s float.
Sometimes living in a city
seems to be more abstract than a Kandinsky painting.
What is the trouble about leaving?

Kindness is a short video piece about the absurdity of life, about its fragments that sometimes seem impossible to be assembled to one whole. Using analog medium format photography and animation stitched together by poetry, it is a true collaborative project that was created at the Banff Centre, Canada.

Screenings have included the Zebra Poetry Film Festival 2014 and Annikki Poetry Film Festival 2015
